Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, credit cards, as well as Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients (our fees have not increased since 2014). Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 830-895-3494.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Scheduling
Kerrville OMS is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
Our goal is to minimize your waiting time. Various circumstances may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
